Roy's smiling face was well known in the community,  both as a resident and as our security officer.  He performed his job as he lived his life, acting above and beyond the call of duty to help others.

In his honor, a plaque was dedicated to him on behalf of his many friends and is located permanently in front of the BCW Office.
